Quality products
Our HID lighting system can meet the first-class quality standards in the industry, such as ISO/TS16949. To ensure quality products, we have:

• Advanced testing and measurement equipment for reliability and performance, such as arc bending and diffusion tester, beam pattern and profile tester, switch usage time tester, bulb bending tester, lumen maintenance tester and more.
• Full test equipment established according to ECE-R99, including run-up tester, electrodes location tester, hot re-strike tester, UV radiation tester and more.
• Special glove box for producing HID xenon metal halide lamp, with oxygen less than 0.1ppm. All key producing procedures are carried out at high-pure argon gas environment.

Strong R&D capability

• 35 patents of HID lamp and electronic ballast. Among them, 2 are PCT patents, and we are the only one who gained it in mainland China; 10 invention patents, 22 new practical patents, and 1 IS appearance patent.
• We released the H4 bi-xenon lamp, fixing bad shaping problem of H4 light.
• Different luminous principle for xenon metal halide lamp.
  • The starting luminous flux at 1 second is 25% of target value.
  • The xenon metal halide lamp of 35W emits 3 times of light as the halogen lamp of 60W, and have 3,000hr usage time, 8 times of a halogen lamp.
